Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Kaliope Designs. Each item is handmade with care, and because of the nature of handmade crafts, clothing and any item sold on this site, all sales are subject to the following policy:

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.


Every piece is made to order, inspected, and packaged carefully to ensure quality.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within [3–5 business days] of delivery.
To process a claim, you will need to provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

3. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order is shipped, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages.
Please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We will assist where possible, but the carrier is responsible for delivery.

 

4. Custom Orders

Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances unless damaged in transit.
We encourage customers to double-check personalization details (names, colors, sizes, etc.) before placing the order.

 

5. Color & Style Variations

Because all of our items are handmade, slight variations in color, pattern, bead placement, or design may occur.
These differences are part of the uniqueness of handcrafted products and are not considered defects.
